Reviewed a request from DCG Development for a three-lot subdivision of a 13.24-acre parcel on Maxwell Drive which is within the Town Center zoning for future uses that will be TC-4 zoning compliant

Reviewed a request to subdivide a 10.38-acre parcel into three lots at 51 Van Vranken Road. The road dissects the parcel.
